HR Program Manager - Remote
Develops, implements and manages the onboarding activities of Southern California Region's new hires throughout their first 90 days. Acts as the primary liaison within Southern California Region's hospitals and Physician Enterprise to coordinate and manage matrixed relationships for onboarding as well as with the Providence Systems supporting functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Preboarding, IS, and the HR Service Center.
