Senior HR Program Manager - Remote

Program Consultant HR Strategic Initiatives is responsible for delivering business value through coordination and support of  projects, operational improvement, initiatives, and communications directly related to the life cycle of HR M & A and internal re organizational activities.   All duties are to be carried out with the strategic direction of Human Resources and the overall vision of Providence  in mind.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, other, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4 years or more of progressive professional work experience
  • 2 years HR experience in an operational, support or center of expertise; responsibility providing direct support to a client group preferred
  • Experience with acquisition work, or executing on multiple complex projects

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: PHR (or recognized equivalent)

  • California: Humboldt: Min: $50.32, Max: $79.45

  • California: All Northern California - Except Humboldt: Min: $56.46, Max: $89.13

  • California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $50.32, Max: $79.45

  • California: Bakersfield: Min: $48.27, Max: $76.22

  • Oregon: Non-Portland Service Area: Min: $45.00, Max: $71.05

  • Oregon: Portland Service Area: Min: $48.27, Max: $76.22

  • Texas: Min: $36.82, Max: $58.13

  • Washington: Western - Except Tukwila: Min: $50.32, Max: $79.45

  • Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: Min: $48.27, Max: $76.22

  • Washington: Tukwila: Min: $50.32, Max: $79.45

  • Washington: Eastern: Min: $42.96, Max: $67.82
