SU - Chartered Accountant / ACCA Qualified Professional

We are looking for a qualified CA or ACCA professional to join our corporate finance and accounting team. This role involves managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic insights to support the company’s business objectives. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and capable of working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS/local GAAP.
• Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and variance analysis for management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with corporate, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Provide financial analysis to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance and highlight areas for cost control or revenue improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments to improve processes, systems, and reporting accuracy.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support senior management in strategic decision-making with accurate financial insights.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• CA or ACCA qualification (fully qualified).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in corporate or enterprise finance roles.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and professional integrity

Compensation

ZAR 40000 - ZAR 65000 per month depending on experience

• Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
