The Analyst - Project Management supports cross-functional initiatives by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables, maintaining project plans, risk/issue logs, and documentation in alignment with PMO standards. They analyze project performance data to produce clear dashboards and status reports, facilitate stakeholder communications and meeting cadences, and recommend process improvements to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Primary Duties:

    • Maintain and update project schedules, task lists, and dependencies; track progress against milestones and baselines 
    • Prepare weekly status reports and dashboards (scope, schedule, budget, risks/issues); distribute to stakeholders 
    • Facilitate meetings (standups, planning, retrospectives, status reviews); create agendas, take minutes, and track decisions 
    • Perform light data analysis to identify trends, schedule risks, and resource constraints; recommend corrective actions 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; meeting facilitation and documentation skills
    • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
    • Basic financial acumen (budget tracking, forecasting, variance analysis)

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of project management frameworks and methods
    • Ability to build/maintain WBS, Gantt charts, milestones, resource assignments, and backlogs
    • Ability to run standups, planning, retros, and status meetings; capture minutes, actions, and decisions
    • Communication skills/ability to build concise executive summaries, stakeholder updates, and clear requirements/acceptance criteria
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail and follow-through
    • Ability to learn new domains, tools, and processes quickly and drive continuous improvement in PM practices
