Sales Analysis:
● Leverage tools/spreadsheets to monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, anomalies, and insights.
● Assist to develop forecasts for new product launches by constructing automated Google sheets to pull out historical data and presenting them against various data sources (e.g., databases, raw data files, external systems). Thus created a helpful view on distilling down sound forecasts on sales volumes and IOQ.
● Generate and maintain Long-Term Value (LTV) Google sheet trackers and management materials, including Staples monitoring and support for PEP and H&H.
● Support the weekly Sales Pulse meeting cadence by ensuring data views are refreshed and validated for the Sales team.
Data Management:
● Implement meticulous quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of data integrity.
● Document and communicate validation findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
● Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) forecast uploads, specifically handling automated Google sheet and uploading data into the Google platform "Yoga."
● Perform weekly tracking and input of CP1 adjustments into Yoga, liaising with the Regional Sales Operations team for accurate input.
● Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Process Management:
● Collaborate closely with sales operations to optimize sales processes.
● Recommend and implement process enhancements for better accuracy and productivity.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills:
● Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying data inconsistencies.
● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
● Ability to interpret and analyze data effectively to generate meaningful and top-line insights.
Technical Skills:
● High proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets, Google Slides), including advanced formulas, functions, and pivot tables.
● Proficiency in basic data analysis tools.
● Ability to understand and adapt existing SQL scripts to duplicate views across PEP and H&H categories.
● Fixed Term 1 year contract with high potential of renewal
