Business Analyst

We are currently searching for a Job Position:

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements across stakeholders.
• Coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams.
• Analyze data using Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies in the banking/financial domain.
• Support omni-channel initiatives across digital platforms.
• Present technical and business information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to high-pressure project environments with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Software, etc.) or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Background in the banking industry or financial institutions is a must.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Excel; familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Willing to travel up to 10–15% based on project needs.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
