We are seeking a new Business Analyst focusing on sales processes and tools including CRM technologies. This role is responsible for facilitating discussions with all levels of the organization to define details to achieve expected outcomes and working as a liaison between business and information technology.

Job Description:

  • Management and support of the full-service delivery life-cycle for all fleet and delivery operations applications, tools, devices and other technology to achieve high-level end-user satisfaction. 
  • a. This includes break/fix, enhancements/change requests, projects/implementations and all vendor product road-map changes.

  • b. In addition to the responsibility of fleet and delivery operations, this role will be responsible for full end to end business process and data flow, including integrations.

  • Support functional and technical training aligned with operations leadership and super-user ownership at both corporate and branch levels.
  • Coordinate the impact and implementation of corporate IT and security initiatives as it relates to warehouse operations technology and application life-cycle management.
  • Pro-actively communicate to stakeholders and users support status, demand priorities, cost/effort estimates and timelines for delivery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate employment experience.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in technology solutions roles or having experience executing technology implementation projects.
  • 5-7 years’ experience with Fleet and Delivery Operations software systems.
  • Experience within the Wine & Spirits/Beverage industry or Food industry a plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders at different levels within the organization.
  • Experience contributing and enhancing the performance of technology teams.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Self-starter, results-oriented, able to execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work independently but collaboratively across the different IT and business functions.
  • Must possess presentation skills to senior management.
  • Has a good understanding of business processes and can adapt to learn new business processes and functions.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as waterfall, agile, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
