Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of compliance programs, translating regulatory requirements into structured project plans
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion of compliance initiatives
  • Monitor compliance metrics, audit completion, and training participation to drive measurable outcomes
  • Conduct risk assessments, identify compliance gaps, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, serving as the liaison between compliance, project stakeholders, and department heads
  • Maintain high standards of quality, ethics, and operational excellence while achieving project objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance management, project management, or related fields with emphasis on risk mitigation and operational execution
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and certifications (ISO27001 or similar) preferred
  • Strong technical proficiency with modern project and collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or equivalents
  • Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, adapt to changing requirements, and work effectively in a remote-first environment
