Job Summary
Mayzo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a strategic mindset. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you will leverage your leadership and communication skills to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction across multiple industries.

Duties

  • This position requires approximately 50–70% travel to support customer relationships and business growth.
  • Manage and grow assigned corporate accounts to exceed sales, gross profit, and customer retention goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
  • Expand business within existing accounts by promoting current products and introducing new Mayzo solutions.
  • Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities through networking, strategic outreach, and market analysis.
  • Support new product vitality by identifying customer needs, new applications, and product improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by establishing key contacts and ensuring consistent engagement aligned with regional and corporate sales strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and support commercialization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical sales, operations, and product development to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Deliver sales presentations, technical discussions, and proposals demonstrating the value of Mayzo products and services.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer data, track activities, and maintain pipeline visibility while managing company resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related technical field OR 10+ years of relevant B2B chemical sales experience.
  • Proven success in consultative chemical sales, account management, and business development within specialty or performance chemicals.
  • Strong knowledge of additive chemistry and manufacturing applications in industries such as plastics, polymers, adhesives, coatings, packaging, and related markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence technical, operational, and purchasing stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead, or mentor within a cross-functional commercial team.
