Weâre looking for a Data Analyst â Learning to join our team. Youâll work with LMS (Learning Management System) and CRM (Salesforce) data, as well as Continuing Education (CE) program metrics, turning information into clear insights that guide strategy, accreditation, and program growth.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structure but doesnât mind when the playbook changes â because growth means things move fast.
đ Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Data Analytics, Public Health, Business, Education Tech, or related field.
Experience in data analysis or reporting.
Ability to thrive in an environment where priorities can shift and flexibility is key
Soft Skills
đ§  Critical thinking â connect dots others miss.
đ Research ability â dig deep to validate findings.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs are second nature).
Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or LMS reporting.
Data cleaning, auditing, and visualization skills.
Familiarity with accreditation or CE program reporting is a plus but not required
