Role Overview:

As a Premium Deal Partner, you are responsible for supporting the review, structuring, and operational processing of standard customer deals from quote through to invoicing. Acting as a "white-glove" concierge for Sales, Customer Service, and Renewal Account Managers, you ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing and discount policies, and timely deal progression. You will partner closely with Commercial Finance, Legal, Revenue, and other quote-to-invoice teams to seamlessly execute transactions, remove administrative friction for our sales teams, and develop strong foundational commercial acumen. This role requires proficient industry experience in similar roles can be applied with minimal support/supervision. External facing function interacting with senior cross-functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the APJ Deal Desk Lead in providing commercial value-add advice in terms of interpretation and analysis of management information.

  • Strategically support Sales in the review and approval of deal terms, legal terms, pricing and quotations, ensuring transactions are structured effectively and commercial terms in line with corporate policies and guidelines.

  • Pro-actively work with Sales team to support the closure of high value transactions. Resolve any queries or issues in a timely manner, solve problems, provide solutions or recommend alternate courses of action

  • Provide and emerging ability to promote high level of service to internal customers including Premium Deal Partners, sales, SEs, CSMs.

  •  Provide the highest level of customer service to own a request end to end.

  • Reviewing and structuring opportunities, quotes, and orders.

  • Proficient understanding of the company’s sales processes and objectives. Ability to support sales teams with accurate and timely quote to invoice results. In-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.

  • Manage weekly and quarterly forecast reports on a timely and accurate basis.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • At least 10 years of relevant solid work experience in cybersecurity or SaaS relevant industry.

  • Requires proficient knowledge of Quoting, Deal Desk, and Order management methods, theories, practices and procedures.

  • Proficient understanding of Q2I process responsibilities and deep knowledge of the broader Q2I process.

  • Exposure to direct dealing with Customers around contracts and/or Sales professionals an advantage.

  • A good understanding of how to interpret and apply Revenue Recognition concepts (606)

  • An ability to interpret and solve problems and communicate practical solutions in a straight forward easy to understand manner

    Good commercial acumen and business knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, thorough
