Rate: $62/hr

Our client is seeking a highly skilled visual designer to support the design and migration of Business Resources content to the refreshed Learn & Grow platform. Following a recent redesign partnership, this project aims to implement new visual standards and elevate the creative presence across the Business Hub, social media channels, and distribution efforts.

This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to create compelling, brand-aligned design assets for both newly developed and existing content, supporting 10+ articles per month and distribution across owned channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, EASE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute creative design for Learn & Grow Business Resources, including:

    • Hero images, CTA banners, in-article visuals, and EASE imagery

    • Visual assets for article landing pages and site components

    • Social media graphics for distribution (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Size and adapt creative assets to meet specific platform and brand requirements

  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing articles with visual content

  • Collaborate with internal content and design teams to ensure brand alignment

  • Work within Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to build, revise, and manage assets

  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals in support of monthly content pipeline

  • Maintain strong attention to detail and graphic consistency across channels

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related creative field

  • Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, graphic design, or equivalent experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

  • Proficient in Figma and Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Docs)

  • Strong visual design skills in layout, typography, and asset development

  • Excellent organization and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate with a distributed team

  • Familiarity with social media design best practices and digital publishing platforms

  • Experience with Workfront is a plus

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing within editorial and educational content ecosystems

  • Comfort working in fast-paced, iterative creative environments
