DevOps Engineer (Salesforce)

The Salesforce DevOps Engineer will ensure an Air Force recruiting platform solution runs smoothly from development to deployment. You will build and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, manage environments, and support automated testing and release cycles.

This role is central to ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, and flexible as new features are rolled out. By optimizing the development lifecycle, you will directly contribute to delivering new capabilities faster to recruiters in the field.

This role is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce/MuleSoft.

• Manage sandbox and production environments.

• Automate testing and deployments.

• Ensure stability and compliance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

• 3+ years DevOps or environment management experience.

• Certification: Salesforce DevOps or tools certification (e.g., Copado, Jenkins, GitLab).

Desired Qualifications

• AWS or cloud certifications.

• DoD-compliant DevOps practices.
