Digital Marketing Manager

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for working with the Marketing Lead and partnering with the Group Digital Function to deliver best practice and growth in all Digital Customer Communication channels.
Specifically, they will be the lead in implementing change and driving adoption of Pub Digital Leads and the CEP technology, as well as the key day-to-day lead on the Metropolitan Pub Co paid media spend, responsible for driving return and optimising spend

Job Description
Your role as Digital Marketing Manager
The role will be varied and may change with the requirements of a fast moving and growing managed business
However, core to this role will be five distinct areas of responsibility
Implementation of CEP ( Customer Experience and Comms )
Social Strategy including content creation, rollout, adoption and ongoing maintenance of Pub Digital Leads
Paid Media strategy and delivery
Implementation of Digital element of launch plans for pub investments
Digital platform development, optimisation & maintenance
As well as this, the role will be required to
Responsible for building, merchandising and SEO of The Metropolitan Pub Co brand and pub websites
Work hand in hand with Greene King Digital and IT teams to develop all MPCo. digital systems, including websites, app, tills, 3rd party platforms such as bookings
Implementation of a new DXP, DAM and CRM for Metropolitan
Working hand in hand with wider marketing team to execute key Campaign delivery across digital channels
Owning the divisions (and site level) paid social strategies and executing them. Including setting and measuring KPIs
Build and send marketing emails
Manage The Metropolitan Pub Co. social accounts, including content creation & social ads
Work with other departments and partner agencies to ensure successful cross-platform execution and activation of omnichannel marketing campaigns in line with agreed strategy and targets
Briefing and managing third party agencies to deliver successful digital campaigns and CEX optimisation projects.
Providing periodical reporting: including daily, weekly and monthly to track Marketing KPIs. Covering metrics such as brand awareness and perception for MPCo, in addition to brand segment performance, profitability, measurement of marketing impact and sales, ROI of capex investment.
Develop business cases and communicate product strategy and roadmap to senior audiences
