Your mission - Be the driving force behind Carbmee’s digital presence and performance. Shape and execute strategies that amplify our brand, generate leads, and engage customers through innovative and data-driven digital marketing.
Your role - We're seeking a hands-on, creative and AI-curious Digital Marketing Manager (all genders) in Berlin, Munich, or remotely within Germany. You will take full ownership of our Performance Marketing, Search Marketing and Social Media Marketing efforts - driving growth and impact in line with our climate mission. You will work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across key digital touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty, test ideas quickly and continuously iterate based on performance data.Performance & Search Marketing
Own and manage all paid performance marketing activities across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive measurable business results
Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid search strategies, Ads and Landingpages with a focus on maximizing ROI and lead generation
Stay on top of trends and AI-powered tools to refine and enhance campaign performance
SEO & Website Optimization
Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and rankings
Optimize website structure and content to drive traffic and conversions
Leverage AI tools to streamline keyword research, content optimization, and performance analysis
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute both paid and organic social media strategies, primarily on LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement
Build and manage employee advocacy programs to amplify the brand message through internal champions
Create compelling content (text, visuals, video) independently or with external partners
Content & Campaign Management
Plan, develop, and manage engaging digital marketing content in both English and German
Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to scale content creation, including blog articles, thought leadership, whitepapers, visuals, and video
Manage visual content using tools like Canva, and coordinate with external partners for advanced creative production
Monitor performance metrics across all channels and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement
3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
Excellent command of both English and German (C2 or native-equivalent level) is required for this role
Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop, execute, and measure impactful marketing campaigns - independently and in collaboration with freelancers and agencies
Eager to explore and integrate AI tools into your workflow for campaign optimization and content generation
Proven track record in managing paid performance campaigns and SEO projects
Experience with Prismic CMS and Salesforce CRM is a strong plus
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a passion for optimization
