We are seeking a results-obsessed Senior Director of Business Development to accelerate revenue growth across our Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) business unit. As the āHustlerā within our leadership triad, you will own the demand engineādriving new business, cultivating strategic relationships, and closing high-impact, transformational deals across global markets.
Operating at the C-suite level, you will engage senior executives including Chief Commercial Officers, Chief Digital Officers, CIOs, and CEOs of leading financial institutions.

Drive Revenue Growth: Own and deliver aggressive double-digit growth targets across North America, Europe, APAC, and MEA.

Lead High-Performance Teams: Build, mentor, and inspire a globally distributed sales and pursuit organization.

Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle: From market mapping and account planning to executive engagement, solution positioning, commercial structuring, and deal closure.

Cultivate Executive Relationships: Establish and deepen trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders across global banks, insurers, capital markets firms, and fintechs.

Execute Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner closely with domain experts (āThinkersā) and delivery leaders (āBuildersā) to shape and execute differentiated GTM strategies.

Develop Strategic Alliances: Expand and leverage partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), platform providers (Salesforce, Temenos, Finastra), and system integrators.

Structure Complex Deals: Lead negotiations for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs, managed services, and outcome-based engagements.
