We are currently searching for a Director, HR Business Partner (IT Services / Tech Industry):
Responsibilities
- Lead the HR Business Partner function for the IT Services or Tech Industry sector, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Drive talent demand and service fulfillment initiatives, ensuring the acquisition, development, and retention of top-tier IT talent.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR programs and policies that foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.
- Act as a key liaison between business leaders and HR centers of excellence, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Utilize HR analytics and data to drive informed decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent HR practices and foster a cohesive international work environment.
Requirements
- 13 to 20 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a significant portion in an HR Business Partner role within the IT Services or Tech Industry.
- Proven experience working for global companies and leading HR initiatives across different regions.
- Demonstrated ability to help accomplish talent demand and service fulfillment goals.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Residing locally in Mexico City.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
