Position: Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement

The Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for the enrollment of current and newly attributed patients in the communities that Monogram serves. The role is accountable for driving performance of our community health outreach specialists (CHOS), to reach our patient enrollment targets.

The Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement will be responsible for strategic process improvements to increase productivity and conversion rate. Furthermore, the role will be responsible for hiring and staffing the team budget, and maintaining an environment of discipline, respect, and compassion. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results driven and comfortable coaching, developing, and training door-to-door sales or community engagement teams. This leader should be a strong communicator who has a history of delivering sales performance, while fostering a team culture of friendly competition.

The Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement will be supported by three Regional Managers. The role will be required to regularly provide performance updates to members of senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute patient enrollment strategies driven by our community health outreach representatives
  • Review and enhance processes to increase field rep productivity and conversion rate
  • Monitor and report out to the executive team at a regular cadence on community engagement performance
  • Hire new field reps to meet staff and productivity budgets
  • Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time feedback to improve performance
  • Analyze patient- and market-level data to identify new strategies and opportunities for improvement
  • Design, execute and track impactful staff incentive and recognition programs
  • Exemplify and foster a culture of discipline, respect and compassion for our patients, as well as friendly competitiveness among team members
  • Work with our technology and project management teams to automate and optimize processes as needed

Requirements:

  • 4 years minimum B2C or B2B sales leadership experience
  • Significant track record of delivering sales or engagement results
  • Experience managing geographically focused engagement or sales programs
  • Experience delivering employee training and coaching programs
  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively lead team members with diverse backgrounds
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other computer software tools
