The Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement reports to the VP of Operations and is responsible for the enrollment of current and newly attributed patients in the communities that Monogram serves. The role is accountable for driving performance of our community health outreach specialists (CHOS), to reach our patient enrollment targets.
The Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement will be responsible for strategic process improvements to increase productivity and conversion rate. Furthermore, the role will be responsible for hiring and staffing the team budget, and maintaining an environment of discipline, respect, and compassion. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, results driven and comfortable coaching, developing, and training door-to-door sales or community engagement teams. This leader should be a strong communicator who has a history of delivering sales performance, while fostering a team culture of friendly competition.
The Director of Field Sales and Member Engagement will be supported by three Regional Managers. The role will be required to regularly provide performance updates to members of senior leadership.
