This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of Marketing Operations in the United States.

The Director of Marketing Operations will lead global marketing initiatives to drive multi-channel communications and operational excellence across digital, print, events, and internal channels. This role focuses on scaling marketing programs, improving ROI, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across key markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Regulatory, and Training, to support product launches, campaigns, and events while optimizing marketing processes and leveraging data insights. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence global marketing performance, mentor teams, and implement operational best practices in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

Accountabilities

·         Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans that align with business and product objectives.

·         Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment across all channels and regions.

·         Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, presentations, and event materials.

·         Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality communication assets.

·         Collaborate with Sales, Training, and Commercial teams to provide tools, training, and resources that support campaigns and product launches.

·         Monitor department budgets, optimize resource allocation, and measure ROI.

·         Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and data privacy standards across all communications.

·         Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.

·         Lead and mentor the Global Marketing Communications and Tradeshows & Events teams to enhance operational efficiency and campaign impact.



Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

·         5+ years of progressive experience in marketing operations, integrated marketing communications, or project management within healthcare, medical device, or related industries.

·         Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities across global teams.

·         Proficiency with marketing operations tools and systems (e.g., campaign calendars, digital asset management, approval workflows).

·         Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing global or regional marketing processes.

·         Demonstrated success in product launches, event execution, and digital campaign enablement in regulated environments.

·         Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, interpret performance data, and generate actionable insights.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a matrixed organization.

·         Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

·         Willingness to travel up to 25%.
