Accountabilities:

  • Hire, coach, develop, and lead a high-performing team of Mobile specialists while creating clear expectations and scalable development processes.
  • Own Mobile revenue, pipeline, adoption, and expansion objectives, working closely with Account Executives, Client Partners, and Customer Success teams.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor on complex enterprise opportunities and help expand mobile adoption across existing customer relationships.
  • Define and evolve the Mobile go-to-market strategy, positioning mobile as an integrated component of customers’ broader advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams to influence product positioning, packaging, roadmap priorities, commercialization plans, and customer-facing messaging.
  • Act as a bridge between Revenue, Product, and AdTech teams, bringing customer insights, technical knowledge, and market intelligence into product and commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Sales Leadership to align mobile initiatives with broader commercial priorities.
  • Develop frameworks and sales enablement resources that allow broader commercial teams to confidently incorporate Mobile into larger platform conversations.
  • Build forecasting models, business reporting, and repeatable operating processes to support sustainable growth and organizational scale.
  • Monitor market trends across mobile advertising, app marketing, AI, privacy, attribution, measurement, and related technologies, using these insights to evolve commercial strategy.
  • Represent customer needs in executive planning and continuously refine the Mobile commercial model as the broader platform expands.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building or leading organizations focused on Mobile advertising, App Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth, or closely related commercial disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success owning revenue and scaling specialist sales teams or commercial functions.
  • Strong understanding of mobile advertising and app-growth ecosystems, including Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or Singular.
  • Knowledge of SKAN, privacy, attribution, app growth, mobile performance marketing, and mobile measurement practices.
  • Experience working with enterprise advertisers, gaming companies, app developers, retail organizations, financial services companies, or other mobile-first businesses.
  • Ability to translate technically complex products and capabilities into clear business outcomes for executive-level audiences.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Marketing, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to commercialize new capabilities, influence product direction, and incorporate customer insights into product roadmap decisions.
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial, builder-oriented mindset with experience establishing new commercial motions, specialist functions, or go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience helping specialist expertise become scalable capabilities that can be adopted by broader sales organizations.
  • Experience with mobile businesses, advertising technology, or organizations operating in similar markets is highly valued.
