The Role

We're looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to lead Operations and turn it into a scalable, high-margin delivery engine. Reporting to the CEO (Integrator), you'll own end-to-end workflow execution, lead the Ops team to precision and profitability, design/maintain lean playbooks, drive innovation in data sourcing/enrichment/AI, monitor key metrics, and ensure flawless handoffs (CSM β†’ Ops β†’ Growth). This is high-ownership leadership: build systems that directly improve margins, coach a high-performing team, and deliver quarterly Rocks with excellence in a bootstrapped, remote-first environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Own operational excellence β€” deliver all client workflows on-time, on-budget, hitting or exceeding quality, efficiency, and margin KPIs.

  • Lead & hold the Ops team accountable β€” execute ICP-driven workflows with precision, coach for ownership/speed/clarity, deliver quarterly Rocks.

  • Design, document & evolve core playbooks β€” data sourcing, enrichment, setup, QA; keep them short, current, 100% followed, and improved with best practices/AI.

  • Execute seamless handoffs β€” receive briefs from CSM, source/enrich accurately, pass clean data to Growth (SalesOS, Airtable, etc.) with zero integrity loss.

  • Drive innovation & team education β€” keep the team ahead on tools, data sources, AI trends; run proactive experiments to solve challenges.

  • Monitor & improve health metrics β€” SLAs, error rates, margin contribution, capacity; surface risks early with clear solutions.

  • Act as builder β€” strengthen Ops as a true profit center, living playbooks > chaos and outcomes > activity every day.

30/60/90 Outcomes

Day 30 – Audit current playbooks/workflows; baseline core KPIs (throughput, error rate, margin delta); ship 3–5 quick efficiency improvements.

Day 60 – Achieve 95%+ SLA delivery; reduce waste/errors by 20–30%; establish team operating rhythm + run first innovation experiment.

Day 90 – Deliver measurable margin/throughput uplift; playbooks leaner & fully adopted; Rocks completed; all health metrics green.

You Are

  • Proven ops leader β€” 4+ years managing delivery teams in fast-paced environments (agency, SaaS ops, lead-gen strongly preferred).

  • Simplifier & process builder β€” expert at turning complexity into short, followed playbooks; hands-on with no-code/AI automation (Airtable, Make, Zapier, Clay, LLM prompts).

  • Metrics & profit obsessed β€” analytical thinker who tracks throughput, SLA risk, enrichment yield, bounce/error rates, margin contribution like a P&L.

  • Decisive executor β€” calm under pressure, proactive on risks, hands-on to unblock, then systemize fixes.

  • Innovative coach β€” curious about data/AI trends, experiments fast, educates team, drives creative problem-solving.

  • Clear communicator β€” plain language, sets high standards, aligns cross-functionally (CSM/Growth).

  • Fluent English essential; other languages a plus.

  • Workflows delivered SLA-true, zero overdue backlog; quality & volume at/exceeding targets.

  • Playbooks continuously leaner while outcomes (margin, efficiency) improve.

  • Handoffs seamless β€” no downstream rework or detective work.

  • Team performs at high level without constant firefighting β€” systems simple, followed, refined.

  • Ops visibly contributes to profitability through better margins & throughput.
