About the Role
This is a people-focused position built around communication, service, and relationship-building. You will connect with members who have requested information, schedule appointments, and guide them through available benefit programs in a clear, professional, and supportive way.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with members
- Schedule and conduct member appointments
- Present benefit information by phone or virtual meeting
- Answer questions and provide clear guidance
- Assist with digital forms, applications, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive, professional, and energetic attitude
- Comfortable building rapport with individuals and families
- Confident speaking with people by phone or video
- Customer service, sales, or client support experience is an asset
- Able to work well independently and with a team
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable using basic digital tools
- Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
