Financial Analyst Consultant (FP&A)

We are seeking a Finance expert to define and lead our global product marketing strategy at a transformative time in cybersecurity. This executive leader will sit at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, and customer success, shaping how we position, package, and take our identity security portfolio to market.

This is a highly visible role responsible for elevating our market narrative, sharpening competitive differentiation, and driving revenue growth across enterprise and mid-market segments worldwide.

The Financial Analysis Consultant position will support our One Identity business unit.  The finance team supporting this business is responsible for tracking the key metrics for the business and delivering on all parts of the P&L.

• Partner with sales operations to prepare monthly business outlooks.
• Track deal status and work with sales, pricing, legal, and product teams to drive closure.
• Assist in financial planning process to set accurate annual revenue and expense targets for the One Identity business.
• Provide approvals for special pricing, payment terms, etc.
• Along with FP&A, participate in the quarterly close and monthly forecast processes.
• Produce KPI dashboards for the business.
• Lead analysis of business performance drivers and business case initiatives.
• Manage, participate in, or directly work on any additional projects, assignments, or initiatives assigned by management.

• MBA or undergraduate degree in an analytics-related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in the finance field and/or software industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.  Salesforce experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively work cross functionally with all levels of a company, particularly executive sales management.
