The ideal candidate brings deep experience building and scaling US-market SaaS and e-learning platforms and can translate customer insight into commercially successful products.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on clarity, execution, and measurable outcomes, not just advisory input.

  • Identify:

    • High-value business problems

    • Buyer vs user dynamics

4. Pricing, Packaging & Subscription Strategy

  • Design and refine:

    • SaaS pricing models

    • E-learning packaging and bundles

    • Subscription, renewal, and upgrade flows

  • Align pricing with US market benchmarks, willingness to pay, and sales motion

  • Test and iterate pricing through experiments and customer feedback

5. Product-Market Fit & Validation

  • Own validation of product-market fit for US SaaS and e-learning customers

  • Define north-star metrics and success KPIs

  • Run pilots, betas, and A/B experiments to guide decisions

6. UI/UX & Customer Experience

  • Set UX principles suited to US enterprise and professional learners

  • Ensure intuitive, conversion-optimized user journeys

  • Review and guide UX across onboarding, learning flow, and checkout

7. Sales & Go-To-Market Alignment

  • Partner with Sales and Growth teams to enable product-led selling

  • Support US enterprise sales by:

    • Defining clear product positioning

    • Translating customer requirements into scalable product decisions

    • Avoiding excessive customization

  • Create strong feedback loops between Sales and Product

8. Stakeholder & Leadership Collaboration

  • Act as the product voice in leadership discussions

  • Align Product decisions with business, revenue, and customer success goals

  • Provide structure and clarity in fast-moving environments

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, validated product strategy for US SaaS and e-learning markets

  • Strong pipeline of corporate use cases

  • Improved product-market fit and conversion

  • Well-defined pricing and subscription models

  • Better alignment between Product, Sales, and Engineering

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 12+ years in product leadership roles

  • Ideal for leaders who bring pattern recognition from multiple SaaS and e-learning companies
