About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Fractional CISO who can enhance our security strategy, anticipate risks before they arise, and design scalable frameworks to support our next chapter of growth. This strategic leadership role is for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and knows how to develop security maturity quickly, clearly, and precisely.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a proactive assessment of the company's current security posture and identify blind spots early.
• Develop and implement a scalable security roadmap aligned with the company's growth trajectory.
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOC2, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and executive leadership to foster a security-first culture.
• Provide strategic guidance on security investments, tools, and team structure.
• Ensure continuous monitoring, preparedness, and rapid response protocols.
• Communicate risks and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience as a CISO or fractional/virtual CISO supporting scaling organizations.
• Strong ability to anticipate threats and implement proactive controls.
• Experience developing security programs from inception to maturity.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and audit readiness.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• Ability to balance enterprise-level training with robust security governance.
• Advanced English.
