We are looking for a Fractional Customer Success Manager to join our team and work closely supporting our clients & CEOs.
This is a highly relational, client-facing role. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, ensuring they feel cared for, supported, and guided in their journey. The ideal candidate is passionate about systems, delegation, and productivity, and loves diving into tools like Notion, Zapier, Lindy, HubSpot, or Asana.
You’re AI curious, tech forward and you nerd out on productivity and entrepreneur content from voices like Tim Ferris, Dan Martell, My First Million (podcast), Naval, Michael Hyatt and others in this space.
Location: Remote (US-based preferred)
Job Type: Part-Time (Approx. 10 hours/week)
Salary: Flexible, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel cared for and supported.
- Meeting Coordination: Host regular check-ins with clients to address needs, gather feedback, and surface key issues.
- Problem Solving: Handle the majority of first-level client issues, surfacing only the more complex challenges to leadership.
- Delegation & Productivity Guidance: Support clients in understanding and applying delegation and productivity frameworks.
- Feedback Loops: Capture and organize client insights to help improve processes and enhance the client experience.
Requirements - 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or client support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- A genuine interest in delegation, productivity systems, and personal effectiveness.
- Comfort with productivity tools (Notion, HubSpot, Asana, or similar).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients, and problem-solve effectively.
- Located in the United States with availability for ~10+ hours per week.
