This role offers the opportunity to lead strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, driving successful implementations and business process improvements.
You will manage complex initiatives involving conversion, implementation, and regulatory transformation while ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
The position requires strong project leadership, SAP expertise, and the ability to align technical teams with business stakeholders.
You will work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions and support organizations through critical digital transformation journeys.

Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and tax transformation projects from planning through delivery.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology to ensure efficient project execution, following best practices for scope, timeline, quality, and budget management.
- Define project plans, schedules, objectives, resource allocation, and financial requirements.
- Ensure business requirements are properly identified, documented, and translated into effective SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, IT professionals, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA and existing enterprise systems and platforms.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and maintain alignment with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure successful user training activities and provide support during post-implementation phases.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks while developing mitigation strategies and practical solutions.
- Support decision-making processes by providing clear technical and business recommendations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology, with practical experience applying it in large-scale projects.
- Experience managing at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Solid background in SAP project management and enterprise resource planning environments.
- Knowledge of Cloud ALM and SAP S/4HANA conversion processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and business expectations.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within service-oriented industries.
- SAP Activate, PMP, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage complex transformation initiatives.
