DescriptionMosaic is currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our team. The TSM will represent Google Nest’s line of thermostats and smart home products through distributors and contractors. We're seeking someone with high energy and a passion for meeting people, unafraid to approach strangers to build new connections. 
The TSM will focus on increasing sales of Google Nest products by building relationships, creating awareness, and promoting the brand (primary focus in HVAC and electrical). Success will be measured on KPIs attained and contractor leads generated for the Area Sales Manager to action.
For the right candidate, we will invest time training in areas where you may not yet have expertise/experience. 
Compensation - $69,000-$75,000
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by working with wholesaler accounts and contractors within the designated territory
- Educate contractors and wholesalers on how becoming a Google Nest Pro, installing Google Nest thermostats, and embracing the future of smart home can help grow business
- Build relationships with key stakeholders with impactful sales visits, counter days, branch training, and other valuable touch points. 
- Engage wholesalers every day in the market by in-person sales calls, counter days and other brand building activities. Engage contractors at the branches through counter days, and cold call potential contractors to generate leads for Area Sales Manager.
- Seek opportunities to maximize Google Nest position in the market by cold calling and building relationships with potential new partners – both HVAC and electrical contractors and wholesalers
- Complete data collection for insights and daily activities using CRM. Provide market level reporting including market intelligence, competitive activity, feedback on current market conditions, and/or opportunities that impact sales
- Effectively collaborate with Google, distributors, and program leadership to develop and maintain sales leads and current customer base
- Respond to field inquiries related to features, functions, and benefits of Google products
- Responsible for utilization of field engagement budget to drive the value of the brand in the field with wholesalers and contractors.

Qualifications
- Experience cultivating relationships.
- Personality that aligns with “never meets a stranger”
- Strong desire to build a career in sales
- Google suite experience a plus
- Ability to grasp technical aspects of Google Nest products and successfully relay the benefits to the customer
- Ability to prioritize visits to maximize impact and meet objectives, including adjusting for high impact counter days
- Ability to travel by vehicle within territory covering Houston
- Excellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple (and often conflicting) priorities
- Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience
