Anaconda is seeking a talented GTM Operations Analyst to join our rapidly-growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to be the operational backbone of our Partnerships and Sales teams while applying your expertise to drive efficiency, automation, and data-driven decision making across the sales cycle. This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and strategy: you will own the workflows, tooling, and analytics that directly influence how quickly deals close, how accurately we forecast pipeline, and how effectively our partner ecosystem drives revenue. This is not a passive reporting role. You will proactively identify inefficiencies, build the systems that fix them, and deliver the insights leadership needs to make fast, confident decisions. Your work will be felt by every seller and partner-facing team member at Anaconda.

What You'll Do:

Partner Operational Strategy & Workflow Optimization

  • Developing and refining deal registration workflows, partner onboarding processes, co-sell tracking, and partner portal data integrity in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain partner attribution reporting, tracking partner-sourced vs. partner-influenced revenue, referral pipeline, and reseller performance across segments
  • Manage partner program compliance operations, ensuring partners meet tier requirements and that program rules are enforced consistently and accurately in the system
  • Support QTC (quote-to-cash) workflows for partner-led and two-tier opportunities, coordinating with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to ensure seamless quoting and order processing
  • Act as a liaison between the Partner team, Sales, and internal departments to ensure master data integrity, clean account hierarchy, and accurate opportunity attribution across all partner routes to market

Sales Operational Strategy & Workflow Optimization

  • Maintain Salesforce CRM as the system of record for all Sales and Partner activity, including workflow automation, validation rules, opportunity stage management, and data integrity governance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking ARR, pipeline health, sales productivity, and rep-level performance metrics for leadership and executive audiences
  • Identify operational bottlenecks across the Sales motion and implement scalable solutions that improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and increase rep productivity
  • Document processes, make recommendations, and drive systems and process improvements that increase sales reporting accuracy and speed

Data Analysis, Reporting & Program Support

  • Conduct full-funnel analysis of conversion from top of funnel (leads) through closed-won and renewals, surfacing actionable insights on win rates, deal velocity, pipeline coverage, and stage progression
  • Support the needs of sales and partner leaders by providing analytical insights and operational improvements. Develop and deliver dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision making
  • Support QBRs, strategic planning cycles, including territory design, pipeline analysis and capacity modeling
  • Identify risks and opportunities in the pipeline and proactively surface insights. Improve pipeline discipline, reporting standards, and data hygiene

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles in a SaaS environment
  • Strong Salesforce administration skills including Flows, validation rules, custom objects, CPQ, and reporting. Salesforce Experience Cloud Partner Portal is a strong plus

What Will Make You Stand Out:
  • Hands-on experience with forecasting and revenue intelligence platforms (Clari, Gong, etc), data enrichment and automation tools (Clay, Zoominfo, etc), territory planning tools (LeanData, Fullcast, etc) is a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and technical skills with hands-on experience building dashboards, data models, and automated workflows
  • Proven ability to refine workflows, diagnose operational inefficiencies, and deliver scalable solutions
  • Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics including pipeline coverage, ARR, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment, and partner attribution
  • Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working cross-functionally
  • Familiarity with open-source, AI/ML, or data science ecosystems

Why You'll Like Working Here:
  • You'll thrive in a high-performance environment where results are recognized and rewarded
  • Your work directly contributes to shaping the future of data science, machine learning, and AI in the enterprise
  • You'll work alongside a collaborative team that values diverse, thoughtful discussion, clarity and candor
  • You'll be supported by a culture that puts employees first - with flexible hours, a fully remote setup, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing and growth
