DescriptionOverview:
The HR Technology Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems. This role oversees data integrity, system functionality, and reporting while providing technical guidance to end users. Reporting to HR leadership, this position partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HR systems effectively support organizational goals and employee lifecycle processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees and directs the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems and related technologies
- Supervises team members responsible for data entry, validation, and employee records management to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Leads the review, configuration, and testing of new system modules, upgrades, and enhancements
- Provides technical support and guidance to HR team members and system end users
- Develops, maintains, and executes standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and queries
- Ensures data integrity through regular audits, validations, and process improvements
- Collaborates with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify system needs and implement solutions
- Manages system security, user access, and role-based permissions in alignment with company policies
- Documents system processes, procedures, and training materials for end users
- Leads and develops a team, including Level I supervisors, while supporting performance management and development efforts
- Monitors system performance and recommends enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS administration, or related field
- Prior leadership experience required, including supervising employees and/or Level I supervisors
- Experience with system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HRIS required
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred

- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, processes, and data management best practices
- Proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Supervisory Responsibilities
- This position will directly manage 1 Lead HR Systems Analyst (individual contributor)
Salary Range: $84,608 - $121,840 annually, depending on experience and geographic location, plus eligibility for an annual bonus, subject to plan terms.
