The Opportunity
Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last-major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.
We are currently seeking an INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR to support the Boston Beer Company portfolio. This role will be primarily focused on the Twisted Tea, Sun Cruiser, and Truly Hard Seltzer brands nationally.
This role can be based remotely within Canada or at the Moosehead Brewery in Saint John, New Brunswick.
Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Integrated Communications Manager - Partner Brands, this position supports integrated communications strategy and execution across a portfolio of national brands, including media planning, content development, social media management, consumer insights, internal communications, and budget stewardship. To be successful in this role, the individual must be a skilled communicator who is organized, reliable, and creative.
What you'll do
Responsibilities
- Support organic social media management including content creation, contesting, community management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and execute lo-fi paid content and support media trafficking and performance evaluation.
- Maintain brand websites and administer content updates.
- Support influencer collaborations, earned media outreach, and public relations events.
- Develop digital marketing summaries and support internal presentations and National Sales Meeting materials.
- Process invoices, support budget reconciliation, and assist with annual budget development.
- Support media campaign execution and trafficking activities.
- Create polished static assets, support video asset development, and coordinate regulatory approvals.

What you'll need
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education, marketing concentration preferred.
- 1-3 years' marketing experience, previous experience in Trade Marketing is preferred.
- Beverage alcohol or CPG industry experience is an asset.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. is an asset.
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) is an asset.
- Proficiency with PC Applications (Excel, Teams, Viva Engage, Outlook, etc.) is an asset.
- Proficiency with Canva is an asset.
- Proficiency with Project Management Tools (Workfront, Monday.com, etc.) is an asset.
