What does the job consist?

HR Business Partnering Support
- Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
- Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations


Training & Development Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
- Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)
- Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates
- Support development of training materials and learning content


HR Operations & Projects
- Assist in HR reporting and data analysis (headcount, turnover, training metrics)
- Support HR projects such as policy updates, digitalisation, or culture initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and filing in line with audit and compliance requirements

Requirements & qualifications

- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of HR or training coordination experience (fresh graduates with internships may be considered)
- Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS/LMS is an advantage
