Position: Marketing Strategist (Local Services)
Location: LATAM (Remote), PST hours.

Our client is seeking a talented Marketing Strategist with expertise in real estate and local service advertising to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns
This role focuses on managing their digital ad spend efficiently, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing visibility in local search markets (Google Maps, LSA, and beyond).
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LSA (Local Services Ads)
• Run A/B tests on copy, creatives, and audience targeting for lead gen
• Build and manage retargeting campaigns across platforms
• Track conversion rates, CPA, and lead quality metrics
• Coordinate landing page design and UTM tracking integration
• Align ad strategies with regional sales goals and service areas
• Analyze performance weekly and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams to support organic-digital synergy
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LSA dashboard
• Deep understanding of digital funnel optimization and audience segmentation
• Experience with lead tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, CallRail, or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to report on ROAS and CPL trends
Preferred
• Construction or home renovation industry experience
