Role Overview

MORROW is seeking experienced, well-networked sales professionals who can independently source, nurture, and close high-value membership sales.  This is not a salaried role. It is a pure commission opportunity designed for self-driven individuals who already have access to executive, entrepreneur, or high-net-worth networks and want uncapped earning potential. You bring the network and the drive.  We provide the brand, training, product, and operational support. 

Your Mission 

Identify and convert qualified prospects into MORROW memberships, focusing on premium tiers. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation 

• Source your own prospects through personal networks, referrals, corporate relationships, or strategic introductions 

• Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of qualified leads 

• Target executives, business owners, and high-performing professionals 

Sales & Conversion 

• Conduct structured discovery conversations 

• Present the Morrow value proposition clearly and confidently 

• Manage objection handling and close membership sales 

• Coordinate onboarding handover to Membership Experience team 

Relationship Development 

• Build long-term referral pipelines 

• Represent Morrow professionally at private events and networking settings 

• Maintain discretion and premium brand positioning 

Reporting 

• Track pipeline and closed deals 

• Provide monthly activity and revenue reporting 

 

Commission Structure

• Pure commission 

• Attractive percentage on each membership sold 

• No income ceiling 

Full commission details shared during interview process.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5+ years in high-ticket sales, advisory, private banking, luxury real estate, executive recruitment, wellness or medical memberships 

• Strong personal network in Singapore 

• Comfortable selling premium memberships in the 5 to 25k range 

• Self-motivated and disciplined, no need for daily supervision 

• Professional presence aligned with a premium brand 

• High emotional intelligence and consultative selling ability 

 

Who This Role Is For

• Professionals transitioning from corporate into advisory or business development 

• Well-connected individuals who can open doors others cannot

• Individuals needing inbound leads provided
