Location: Remote – Work in your local region- Daytona Beach (up to 80% travel)

Compensation: $80,000–$120,000+ OTE ($50,000 Base + aggressive performance bonuses

What You’ll Be Doing

As a National Business Developer, you will:
● Prospect local businesses (inside/outside sales hybrid)
● Walk into businesses, talk to decision-makers, pitch the solution
● Build and manage a territory sales pipeline
● Track performance in CRM and follow up consistently
● Travel regionally (100% of travel costs paid)

This is high-activity, outbound prospecting — perfect for someone who loves being in

Performance Expectations

You will succeed if you:

  • Make 20+ business visits a day
  • Drive meaningful conversations with decision makers. Close deals consistently (our conversion averages 10–15%)
  • "If you control your activity, you will control your income."

● Base salary + uncapped performance bonuses
● OTE $80,000–$120,000+
