Job Description

The Order Processing Specialist will play a vital role in supporting client service delivery and internal operations by managing the processing, coordination, and tracking of orders and service requests. This position ensures accurate and efficient handling of project orders, internal requisitions, and vendor requests that help keep campaigns and operations running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities:


Process and manage incoming orders and service requests accurately and in a timely manner


Coordinate order details with internal teams including creative, production, finance, and client services


Verify order accuracy, pricing, deliverables, and timelines


Communicate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders to confirm order status and resolve issues


Maintain organized records of all orders and related documentation


Monitor and track order progress to ensure timely fulfillment


Assist with related administrative tasks including invoicing support and reconciliation


Identify opportunities to improve order workflows and support operational efficiencies


Qualifications:


Previous experience in order processing, operations support, or administrative coordination


Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and order management systems


Ability to work well collaboratively across teams and also independently


Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative agency environment
