We are now offering an exciting internal secondment opportunity for a People Relations Specialist — a role that sits at the centre of how we support our leaders, shape our culture, and navigate complex people challenges with confidence and compassion.
This is more than an ER role. It’s an opportunity to influence organisational practice, lead on complex casework, and contribute to a high-performing, values-driven People function.
As a People Relations Specialist, you will provide expert advice and leadership across a wide range of complex employment relations matters, ensuring our approach is fair, consistent, and legally robust.
You will:
Lead on complex and high-risk ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers and senior leaders
Support organisational change, including restructures and TUPE processes
Work in partnership to drive early resolution approaches, including mediation and facilitation
Contribute to people analytics, insight, and continuous improvement of policies and processes
Play a key role in tendering, service design, and implementation activity
Support engagement with trade unions and industrial relations matters
This role requires strong judgement, credibility, and the ability to navigate complexity with professionalism and care.
Salary: £39,891.91* (pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 per week
*Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
This position is covering Maternity Leave until 31st March 2027
