This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Loyalty Platform based in Canada.

As Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-grade mobile application and loyalty platform.
You’ll translate customer needs, business objectives, and market insights into a clear product vision and prioritized roadmap.
The role combines strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across discovery, requirements, delivery, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with engineering, UX/UI, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and intuitive digital experiences.
Success will be measured through adoption, engagement, performance, and other meaningful business and customer KPIs.
You’ll operate in an Agile environment where strong prioritization, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management are essential.
This is a fully remote opportunity in Canada, offering the chance to shape a high-impact digital loyalty ecosystem.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy in alignment with enterprise digital channel objectives and broader business goals.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap for mobile application and loyalty platform enhancements.
  • Own backlog prioritization, balancing customer value, business impact, technical considerations, and return on investment.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements to support precise and effective development.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define, validate, and refine functional and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver secure, scalable, accessible, and intuitive digital experiences.
  • Oversee feature implementation and ensure delivered solutions meet specifications, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs, adoption metrics, engagement indicators, and other measures of product success.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Monitor system performance, customer feedback, inquiries, and incident trends to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party technology vendors supporting digital platform initiatives.
  • Support budget allocation, resource planning, and prioritization for product and digital initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive product documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a closely related digital product role.
  • Proven experience delivering and managing mobile applications and digital platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, structure, and prioritize complex product backlogs.
  • Proficiency in writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using usage analytics, performance data, customer feedback, and other insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and supporting go-to-market strategies.
  • Ability to establish and track meaningful KPIs and product success metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence communicating with senior and executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with loyalty or rewards platforms is an asset.
  • Previous exposure to financial services or digital products in the pawn industry is an asset.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is an advantage.
  • Experience managing third-party technology vendors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital compliance, privacy, and security standards is beneficial.
