As a Product Marketing Manager, you will serve as the vital link between the product, marketing, and revenue teams—translating product capabilities into compelling sales narratives and enablement tools. You’ll craft messaging that resonates with target personas, develop impactful content for all stages of the sales cycle, and align closely with sales, product, and enablement stakeholders to drive go-to-market effectiveness. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong B2B SaaS experience, exceptional storytelling ability, and a passion for enabling teams to sell with confidence and clarity.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy in partnership with Sales and Talent Development.
  • Create high-impact content including pitch decks, use case briefs, battlecards, email templates, and objection-handling guides.
  • Build and evolve persona-driven messaging tailored to various industries and buyer roles.
  • Lead competitive intelligence efforts by creating battlecards and equipping Sales with positioning insights.
  • Track and optimize performance metrics related to sales content usage, pipeline impact, and enablement outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales strategies.


Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a focus on sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and mid-market B2B sales cycles.
  • Proven success creating messaging frameworks and sales collateral that drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, developer tools, or MarTech software is a plus.
  • Skilled in competitive analysis, GTM execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for clear and engaging storytelling.
