Project Management Consultant

Our client is a leading energy company seeking an experienced Project Management Consultant - Level 2 to join their dynamic team in Juno Beach, Florida. This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity offering competitive compensation and the chance to work on critical energy infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing assigned projects, ensuring compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety objectives while supporting construction activities performed by contractors and vendors.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overall management of assigned projects to ensure compliance with budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals
• Support construction work performed by contractors and vendors at project sites
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects
• Participate in walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work to design requirements
• Review contractor payment requests and verify constructability
• Ensure proper resource allocation, assess field status, and resolve issues as needed
• Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and local community officials
• Assist in scope control, budget oversight, resolution of technical issues, and performance reporting
• Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies
• Reinforce safety expectations, procedure compliance, and appropriate work behaviors
• Coordinate activities across safety programs, engineering, construction, budget, analytics, and contract administration

✅ Requirements

• Experience: 6-10 years of project management experience, preferably in energy, construction, or utilities
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred
• Skills: Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling capabilities
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Stakeholder Management: Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, regulators, and contractors
• Safety Focus: Strong commitment to safety protocols and compliance
• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Juno Beach, FL (No remote work)
• Availability: Available for immediate start for 12-month contract duration
