Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote PMO Leader to join our team. As a PMO Leader at Mosaic, your goal would be to lead and guide our Project Managers to ensure client satisfaction.  In this role, you would assist with training development and delivery, recruiting and hiring, managing your team’s performance, upholding our team culture, and maintaining client satisfaction.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Monitor Project reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of process through the PMO.
  • Develop, lead, engage, and motivate your team to maximize performance and foster collaboration to accomplish developmental and company goals.
  • Provide shadowing opportunities where appropriate for peer growth, coordinate training that develops our team members to be self-motivated, self-managed, and cross-trained in skill sets to match the market demand.
  • Provide guidance and support regarding concerns and escalations throughout the client experience.
  • Provide pre-sales support and estimations of opportunities during sales cycle.

 

How you’ll be measured:

  • Maintaining your team’s target utilisation to drive gross margin.
  • Creating effective onboarding for new hires, including providing sufficient ramp, training, and coaching, and 90-day performance reviews.
  • Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements.
  • Mentoring Project Managers through complex projects, providing feedback on their performance, and delegating functional solutions to others
  • Providing sales support and accurate estimations of opportunities during sales cycle
  • Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, focus on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients.

Need to haves:

  • 8+ years of experience, including 4 years of project management experience and 4 years of leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience building, leading, and motivating a high growth, fast paced services organisation.
  • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, resource management, issue tracking and budget management.
  • Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
  • Confidence to make tough decisions and provide reasoning behind it.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies, and overall process.
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Strong and demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • WFM knowledge and experience (UKG Pro WFM preferred)
