The Project Supervisor takes responsibility for managing small to mid-sized projects within the Power System Solutions group. Working alongside internal and external stakeholders, this role leads project planning, execution, and customer interaction, ensuring that customer needs are met and that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Hours:
8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday-Friday) Hybrid. This role can also be based in the West Palm Beach, FL area.

The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $79,780,- $105,713. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Essential Functions:
Support pre-project preparation, including the analysis, design, budget, communication and assess project design resource capabilities and needs.
Create and maintain project plans and other documentation defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, resource allocation, roles and responsibilities, budget, timelines, and quality gates for each project phase
Manage and support PSS projects end-to-end using various project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Excel gant charts, and other systems/software. .
Schedule and/or participate actively in project meetings taking detailed notes, and updating project plans/trackers to ensure efficient follow-up and execution of actions.
Monitor project risks and recommend risk mitigations strategies and contingency plans to keep projects tracking to expected outcomes.
Support the overall information flow of project information and decision points, communicating effectively with key team members and partners.
Understand project success metrics and track project status, budget, and delivery, advising of delays and revised delivery dates or costs as required.
Measure project outcomes and analyze data to assess the project's impact on and delivery to the customer.
Support the delivery of status updates and reports to customers, project teams, leaders, and third parties at an agreed upon cadence, creating decks and other project materials as needed.t.

Required Experience:
3+ years of Project Management experience in a customer-facing role within a construction or other engineering-related industry.
Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience applying project management principles to manage a portfolio of moderately complex projects to successful delivery.
Good technology proficiency including experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana or similar project management systems.
Rounded project management skills including the ability to create detailed project plans, define scope, establish timelines/milestones, and manage project finances and budgets.
Sound customer service orientation, ensuring satisfaction of customers and consistent communication throughout projects.
Solid time management and organizational skills, coordinating internal and external resources, creative problem-solving when obstacles arise, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple deadlines and keeping others organized.
Good interpersonal skills to establish professional relationships built on mutual trust and respect, foster a shared sense of purpose in project teams, navigate and resolve conflict, moderate behaviors and foster collaborative working relationships across a diverse PSS team and cross-functional project teams.
Great communication skills, (written, verbal, listening and presentation) able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and present regarding project progress and risks.
Business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to use and analyze data to drive informed decisions, problem-solve issues and leverage data and learnings to support continuous improvement.
Financial acumen and numerical ability to support the managent of project budgets and finances to maximum effectiveness.
Good presentation and facilitation skills to present project related updates, foster discussion regarding project plans and elicit contributions and discussion from stakeholders.
Agile project management approach with an ability to help teams pivot approaches to meet project needs.
The ability to travel as required to project and/or customer sites.
Experience within the electrical power industry, with particular knowledge of medium and high voltage equipment and installation processes.
Required Education:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
