As a Pup Data Processor, you will support our customers and internal customer service teams. This role is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data from customer interactions, online orders, billing disputes, etc. into our systems. You'll become an expert in the systems, policies, application, and services that make Halo Collar an industry leader.

Beyond the data side of things, you'll play a key role in innovation of processes, procedures, and efficiency. You will also be a crucial resource for your customer facing colleagues to ensure a white glove experience.

 

How you can take Ownership of this role:

🐾 Maintain high levels of data accuracy for products, promotions, disputes, and orders
🐾 Ensure all product inquiries, complaints, and service requests are documented and routed appropriately
🐾 Multitask in a high-volume environment, balancing tickets and customer information accurately and with a positive approach
🐾 Build strong relationships with colleagues while effectively prioritizing tasks
🐾 Verify, update, and follow up on incomplete customer records, contact details, orders, billing discrepancies, etc. and escalate when necessary
🐾 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer data and adhere to company data protection policies

 

What you will bring to the table:

🐾 Availability to work Sunday - Saturday, 8:30 am - 9:00 pm EST
🐾 Superior attention to detail, time management, and detail orientation
🐾 Expertise navigating Google Chrome
🐾 3+ years of data entry experience, preferably in a role with high-volume requests and fast paced turnaround
🐾 Home internet with at least 25 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up (must not be a cellular connection—T-Mobile Home Internet is NOT adequate)
🐾 Ability to handle repetitive tasks and remain focused with a customer-first mindset
🐾 Follow up on data corrections or incomplete records to ensure system integrity
