The Opportunity

We are looking for a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental clinics across British Columbia, providing hands-on coaching, operational leadership, and strategic direction to Clinic Managers and Office Managers. Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations, this role will drive patient experience, financial performance, operational excellence, and team engagement while supporting sustainable growth. This is a remote position aligned to our Toronto Support Centre, with regular regional travel required.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead, coach, and develop Clinic Managers and Office Managers across the region
  • Drive patient experience, clinical partnership, operational excellence, and compliance
  • Use KPIs and business insights to improve revenue, efficiency, and clinic performance
  • Own regional financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L discipline
  • Strengthen clinic and Support Centre collaboration while supporting change and growth initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in multi-site management is required, preferably in dental or healthcare
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Dental Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI analysis
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of dental industry regulatory and compliance standards
  • Agile leadership style with strong prioritization and execution skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently within the region is required

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 CAD annually, plus bonus eligibility and a comprehensive total rewards and benefits package. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations. This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
