This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Consultant. In this impactful role, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise asset management projects, utilizing your extensive knowledge of IBM Maximo. You will work closely with clients to translate their business needs into effective technical solutions. You'll have the opportunity to guide project teams, oversee solution development, and ensure successful delivery, making a significant contribution to our partner's success in the EAM space.
Accountabilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the Maximo implementation lifecycle.
- Lead workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
- Define and document to-be processes.
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs.
- Architect, design, and prototype technical solutions for IBM Maximo.
- Develop data conversion strategies and integration solutions.
- Apply SDLC standards in alignment with methodologies.
- Create and deliver process documentation and workshop outputs.
- Participate in system testing and end-user training.
- Lead defect remediation and ensure quality across deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with IBM Maximo.
- Proven experience leading EAM implementation projects.
- Minimum 5 years collecting end-user requirements through direct interactions.
- 5 years of experience designing end-user-focused solutions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
