We are looking for an analytical, communicative and strong-negotiating team member to join our sales team as a Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners, maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers and continuously develop new business opportunities. You will work with a seven-digit annual revenue portfolio, use data to optimise performance and negotiate commercial conditions that create win–win situations for We Love X and our partners.

The role is preferably based in our Berlin office, but can also be offered as a fully remote position within Europe.
Negotiate and manage a seven-digit annual invoiced revenue portfolio across multiple affiliate partners
Analyse large data sets and performance reports to optimise campaigns and negotiate commercial terms
Develop and sustain strong, long-term partner relationships, acting as the main commercial point of contact
Negotiate commercial terms (payouts, commission plans, budgets) and manage partner expectations to create sustainable, mutually beneficial agreements
Coordinate day-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects
Prospect, qualify and onboard new advertisers that are a strong fit for our verticals
Constantly analyse the market and competitive landscape and translate insights into concrete actions for your portfolio
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to optimise performance and implement improvements
Travel to industry conferences and partner meetings to represent We Love X, meet clients and strengthen partnerships
Hands-on experience in account management within the affiliate industry
Proven track record in negotiating commercial terms and managing revenue-generating partner portfolios
Strong analytical skills and confidence in working with spreadsheets and BI / analytics tools (e.g. Qlik, Tableau or similar)
High attention to detail and a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation and forecasting
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners
Structured working style with strong organisational and prioritisation skills, especially when handling multiple campaigns and deadlines
Holistic thinking, always considering the impact of your activities on other teams, partners and the overall business
Resilient and persistent mindset – comfortable with constant change, ongoing negotiations and meticulous follow-up
Fluency in business English; German skills are a strong plus
