We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, and a strong emphasis on Experience Cloud and Mobile Publisher development. This role will lead initiatives to modernize our Salesforce ecosystem by transitioning away from legacy Salesforce tools and features, while also taking ownership of platform stability, release readiness, and version-controlled code management using tools like GitHub.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions in Sales Cloud, B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.

• Develop custom APEX classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Experience Cloud pages to create web and mobile-ready applications.

• Build and maintain Mobile Publisher apps, including branding, packaging, and deployment support for iOS and Android app stores.

• Integrate Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce with external systems such as ERP, payment gateways, and third-party APIs using REST/SOAP.

• Migrate business processes from legacy Salesforce tools (e.g., Classic UI, Workflow Rules, Process Builder) to modern features like Flow Builder, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Experience.

• Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to convert technical requirements into well-documented and maintainable solutions.

• Own the end-to-end process of preparing for Salesforce seasonal releases, including sandbox testing, regression testing, and validation of updates before production rollout.

• Use GitHub or similar version control systems to manage code branches, handle merge conflicts, track deployment history, and ensure team-wide alignment on codebase updates.

• Follow best practices in code reviews, branching strategies, and structured deployment planning using version control tools.

• Maintain documentation of development standards, org structure, legacy-to-modern conversion plans, and release impact analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on:

  • Sales Cloud

  • B2B/B2C Commerce Cloud

  • Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud)

• 1+ years of hands-on development experience with Mobile Publisher applications using Salesforce Experience Cloud.

• Expertise in Lightning Web Components, APEX, Flow Builder, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools.

• Demonstrated experience with GitHub or other version control tools for managing source code and metadata.

• Ability to modernize Salesforce org’s by deprecating legacy components and transitioning to modern Salesforce features and architecture.

• Experience with Salesforce release readiness processes and feature adoption planning.

• Strong communication skills and fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (Developer II preferred).

• Salesforce B2B/B2C Commerce Administrator / Developer certification is a plus.

• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification or Mobile Publisher experience is highly valued.

• Familiarity with Git workflows (e.g., branching, pull requests, tagging) and code collaboration tools.

• Experience with managing Experience Cloud styling, theming, and mobile optimization.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with agricultural, dealer, or distributor-based industries is a plus.
