Job Title: Seasonal Licensed ACA Telesales Representative
Employment Type: Seasonal (with potential for permanent placement)
Pay Rate: $21–$24/hour + Bonus
Location: Onsite Preferred (Remote/Hybrid may be considered based on business need)
Seasonal Dates: September 15, 2025 – January 31, 2026

Job Summary

Keystone Advisors is a fast-growing, mission-driven organization seeking licensed ACA Telesales professionals for the 2026 Open Enrollment Period (OEP). As a seasonal representative, you’ll help individuals and families find affordable healthcare coverage while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Supported by a collaborative team and a strong lead pipeline, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer growth and shaping the future of ACA enrollment.

Top performers may be extended offers for permanent roles after OEP.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Life & Health Insurance License (Group 1)

  • 2026 FFM Certification completed prior to start date

  • Qualify for Carrier & National Appointments for All ACA Carriers

  • Release in hand

  • No Open VECTORS

  • Ability to pass state-required and employer background checks

  • 3+ years’ experience in telesales, customer service, or healthcare-related industries

  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • High school diploma required; college degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Spanish-English bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply (minimum of 4 will be hired)

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to prospective ACA customers

  • Educate clients on ACA health plans and match them to appropriate coverage

  • Promote company products with a customer-first approach

  • Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met on every call

  • Maintain accurate and complete call documentation

  • Consistently meet or exceed performance targets (sales, quality, efficiency)

  • Stay up to date on market changes, product offerings, and internal processes

  • Other duties as assigned
