Senior Back-End Developer (Remote - Anywhere)

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable back-end services using .NET Core.
• Build and implement key third-party integrations (e.g., Gusto, Intercom, Zenefits, Zapier).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and the front-end team to define, develop, and deliver new features.
• Contribute to architecture and code design discussions and reviews to ensure software quality and performance.
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to coding standards while meeting project timelines.
• Actively participate in agile planning and contribute ideas to improve development practices.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software development.
• Strong background (3+ years) in .NET and C#, ideally with .NET Core.
• Proficient in SQL, with at least 2 years working with PostgreSQL and EF Core 5.
• Familiarity with RabbitMQ and AWS Cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience using OpenAPI standards for API design.
• Previous experience in remote teams and agile (Kanban) methodologies is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be located within UTC to UTC+8 time zones.
