OVERVIEW

We're looking for a driven, high-velocity Campaign Producer with deep experience in large-scale brand campaign production to support a high-output marketing team at one of the world's most recognizable tech brands. This is a senior-level contractor role built for a producer who thrives under pressure, moves fast, and knows how to deliver exceptional work in compressed timelines.

The right person has been in the room for the big ones — Super Bowl, Olympics, NBA Finals, Grammys — and knows what it takes to orchestrate complex, multi-million dollar productions from kickoff to air. You don't wait to be told what needs to happen. You see it, you build the model, and you drive it forward.

This role also requires genuine curiosity about AI and the evolving landscape of creative technology. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be actively interested, aware, and open to integrating new tools and workflows where they make sense.

WHO YOU ARE

A seasoned, hungry producer who has managed large-scale brand campaigns, including huge cultural moments,  from concept through final delivery, and has the receipts to prove it. You're not intimidated by $50M+ budgets or six-week windows to launch. That's where you do your best work.

Deeply experienced in TV and digital brand production, with a strong command of how a campaign idea moves through creative, production, post, and media delivery across channels.

Someone who walks into a new production and immediately starts building the operational model:  the right structure, the right partners, the right cadence,  without being asked.

Agile and fast-moving, with the ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift without losing quality or momentum. You bring velocity without sacrificing rigor.

A proactive communicator who flags risks early, manages stakeholder feedback with clarity, and brings solutions;  not just problems.

Energized by high-stakes, high-visibility productions and curious about AI as it applies to content, production workflows, and creative development.

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

This isn't a role for someone who needs a runway to get up to speed. You'll be expected to assess the production landscape quickly, establish the right operational model, and start driving programs from day one. The productions are big, the timelines are tight, and the bar for quality is exceptionally high. If you've delivered under those conditions before and you're hungry to do it again, this role is for you.

ROLE SUMMARY

The Campaign Producer will oversee end-to-end production across large-scale brand campaigns spanning TV, digital, social, and cross-channel executions. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with external production partners, and ensure every deliverable meets creative expectations, technical specs, and brand standards, often within aggressive timelines tied to major cultural tentpole moments.

You will be expected to manage projects with budgets of $50M or more simultaneously, making this a high-accountability, high-visibility role on the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign & Program Management

  • Manage large-scale, multi-million dollar brand campaign programs ($50M+) with multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment across creative, marketing, and external partners.
  • Rapidly assess incoming productions and establish the right operational model — team structure, partner roles, timelines, and workflows — from day one.
  • Drive production briefings in partnership with creative teams, ensuring clarity on scope, deliverables, and assets from kickoff through final delivery.
  • Oversee campaign timelines with a particular command of compressed, high-stakes windows (six weeks or less) tied to tentpole cultural moments.
  • Manage and prioritize feedback from multiple stakeholders across teams, ensuring clear communication and version control throughout.
  • Maintain production budgets, track costs in real time, and ensure all deliverables ship on time and within scope.

Brand, TV & Digital Production

  • Lead end-to-end production of brand campaigns across TV and digital channels, from brief through post-production and final delivery.
  • Bring deep experience producing for major tentpole moments — Super Bowl, Olympics, NBA Finals, Grammys, and comparable high-profile events.
  • Partner closely with creative, directors, production companies, post houses, and media partners to deliver on-brand, high-quality executions at scale.
  • Understand the full arc of TV and digital production well enough to guide partners, troubleshoot issues, and advocate for quality at every stage.

Cross-Channel Execution & Asset Management

  • Translate approved Hero creative into fully executed cross-channel assets, ensuring correct aspect ratios, formats, durations, and file specs across platforms (TV, digital, social, OOH, and more).
  • Oversee asset management, versioning, and platform-specific execution across the full media matrix.
  • Ensure seamless integrated production workflow across long-form content, social toolkits, editorial updates, and paid media packages.
  • Uphold quality control across all final files prior to delivery, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and technical compliance.
  • Oversee a diverse roster of production partners and guide them through briefs, timelines, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • 8–12 years of experience in brand campaign production spanning TV, digital, social, and multi-channel programs.
  • Proven experience managing production budgets of $50M or more across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Direct experience producing for major cultural tentpole moments such as the Super Bowl, Olympics, NBA Finals, Grammys, or comparable large-scale events.
  • Strong command of TV and digital brand production workflows from brief through post-production and final delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly establish the right operational model for new, complex productions — without waiting to be directed.
  • Experience working across creative teams, marketing leads, and external agencies or production partners in a large-brand or agency environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders, disciplines, and levels.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with proven ability to deliver under compressed timelines and shifting priorities without sacrificing quality.
  • High agility and velocity, you move fast, adapt fast, and keep productions moving forward.
  • Availability to work overtime or weekends during peak launch periods when needed.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Agency experience, familiarity with agency-side production workflows, and client management is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools as they relate to creative production, content development, or workflow optimization — genuine curiosity about this space is highly valued.
  • Experience producing for a global tech brand or working within a large in-house creative team.
  • Background in managing productions with a significant web or digital creative component.
